Just rang and asked if I have an eyelash lift and it's uneven, which has happened before, will they fix it after. They said that's never happened with one of their clients before and no, they won't fix it if it's uneven. Bad customer service, looking elsewhere. In response to the owner, please reread my review, I never said I was after a correction but assurances that if something did go wrong, you would fix it. Your answer to this was no, which I believe is bad customer service.
